Description
One of the most important questions a Christian faces is one of inspiration and authenticity of the Bible. It is clear that the truths about God, Christ, and salvation have the greatest meaning to Christians. But how, if not through the Scripture, can we know of these truths?
If the Bible really is from God, if it is inspired, and if it is fully available to man, then all its revelations rest on a firm foundation. However, if we can doubt the revelation or accept it only partially according to one’s experience or opinion, then all is shaky. The purpose of this book is first to show what the Bible itself says about revelation and inspiration, then we will look at revelations of Christ and church about the Bible and finally we will review some views regarding it. As a conclusion we will point out some supernatural characteristics confirming the divine origin of Scriptures and their authority.
